Service Agreement

Health

I understand that Little Blue Groom Buggy LLC relies on my representation of my pet’s health. I have disclosed all known conditions or health concerns. I agree to inform the groomer of any changes prior to future appointments.

Behavior

I acknowledge that I have disclosed any behavioral concerns. I understand that Little Blue Groom Buggy LLC reserves the right to refuse service at any time if my pet displays behavior that may cause injury to themselves or the groomer.

Parasites

I understand that my pet may not receive services if they have external parasites, such as fleas and ticks. If external parasites are discovered, the grooming session will be terminated immediately and I will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled service.

Owner Responsibility

I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my pet’s actions and any resulting consequences, including but not limited to injury, death, or property damage. I am liable for any expenses incurred from medical treatment for my pet or the groomer.

Matted Hair

I understand that if my pet’s hair is matted, the groomer will determine the safest approach. In some cases, matting cannot be brushed out without causing stress or pain, and shaving may be necessary. I will be contacted if this is required and agree to any additional charges. I understand that while all care will be taken, small nicks or irritation may occur, and I will not hold Little Blue Groom Buggy LLC responsible.

At Risk Pets

I understand that some pets may have special needs that make grooming more stressful. I do not hold Little Blue Groom Buggy LLC responsible for how my pet reacts to grooming.

Service Rates

I understand that grooming rates are available for review. Additional services (e.g., de-matting) may be necessary for my pet’s health and may incur additional charges. I agree to pay in full before my pet is released back to my care.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

I understand that a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring a late cancellation fee (50% of the total service fee). If no one is available at the time of the appointment, the appointment will be considered a no-show and the full service fee will be charged. I understand that Little Blue Groom Buggy LLC may need to cancel due to inclement weather, illness, or equipment failure and will notify me.

NSF/Returned Check Fee

I understand and agree that a $45 NSF/retuned check fee will be added to my account. Additionally, in the future all payments must be made prior to the day of my service.

Emergency Solutions

I authorize Little Blue Groom Buggy LLC to seek or provide emergency medical care for my pet if needed. I understand that the company will attempt to contact me first, but may act at their discretion if I cannot be reached. I am responsible for any resulting costs.

Release of Liability

I release Little Blue Groom Buggy LLC, its owner, and staff from any liability for injury to my pet, myself, or my property while my pet is receiving services.

Media - Optional

I give permission for photos/videos of my pet to be taken before, during, or after grooming for use on the social media, or other marketing materials by Little Blue Groom Buggy LLC.

Email Marketing - Optional

I agree to receive email communications from Little Blue Groom Buggy LLC for promotions or updates. My information will remain private and will not be shared or sold.
